The Strathcona is located at 2245 Abbott Street next to the Kelowna General Hospital complex. This stratified, four-story project sold out before completion, allowing Sawchuk Developments to secure all eight TI and residential suite build-outs. Located in a prime Kelowna neighbourhood, the Strathcona houses a restaurant, four medical offices and three high-end residences.
