The Okanagan Centre for Innovation is a state-of-the-art technology centre in Kelowna’s Cultural District housing everything from two-person start-ups to large technology and innovation firms. It boasts an oversized feature stairwell, open atrium to a vast skylight 6 stories above, an 18’ high living wall on the main floor, 92-seat theatre, and two interior connections into the adjacent Okanagan Regional Library. The rooftop restaurant and patio has two outdoor fireplaces and is fielded with Synlawn.
