The KPMG building in Kelowna’s Lower Mission neighbourhood was a two-phase project. First was the completion of the base building for the owner, and then Sawchuk Developments Co. Ltd began tenant improvements. To incorporate a sustainable feature in the project, reclaimed beetle kill pine was used. Multiple high-end offices were designed and completed using Teknion glass partitions, and two fully operational kitchens were built.
