1155 Pacific Avenue in Kelowna, BC is a 14 unit rental apartment built with minimum carbon footprint in mind.  At just over 12,000 square feet, the wood-frame over concrete parked is built to The Passive House standards. The design promotes minimum energy consumption and loss due to design of insulation and airtightness.
