Sawchuk: Since 1981 building excellence

This 2005 project consisted of a 10,000 square foot wood-frame and structural steel building that serves as a beer and wine retail and storage facility. The project duration was approximately eight months.

A highlight of this project is the use of heavy timber and galvanized steel to construct the entrance and side canopies. The stucco and cultured stone exterior finishes compliment the heavy timber and galvanized steel elements.

The interior features custom-built millwork and countertops as well as unique faux finish wall murals that were painted by a local artist.
